What is Felt strip :
Felt strip is a long narrow piece of wool felt. Felt strip is a felt
product that is a cut part produced from cutting Woollen felt roll.
Wool felt strip is coiled and rolled packed. Higher Length roll is
made by joining them. In español it is called as tira de fieltro and in french bande de
feutre.
Manufacturing types and raw material composition :
Felt Strip material is wool and synthetic polyester fiber. If quantity
is higher than other fibers can also used.
Different process are used in manufacturing like woven and nonwoven felt
strip and pressed wool felt strip. Woollen woven felt strips are made
from woollen yarn and then felted, pressed felt strip is produced by
compressing Wool fiber with the use of heat and friction, they are used
for all technical and mechanical function.
Hardness:
Wool felt strip is manufactured in different hardness, soft felt strip
are very compressible material and easily flexible, its thickness can be
adjusted in the given available space because of low density. Medium
hard material is used for all general machine applications. We are felt

strip are highly compact felt and have high density, extra hardness is
achieved by resin impregnating on it making it non flexible. Density

manufactured against order. Width is cut according to buyer requirement,
